Talk to an Admissions Counselor

"We are here to help you and your family/loved ones. The first step is to CALL us now 800-314-1703."

We want to make it simple for you to get healthy.

Our admissions process is very simple, private and confidential.

Our caring and knowledgeable Admission Counselors are here to answer all your questions. A brief phone interview will be conducted and questions such as your experiences with substances will be asked.

Our Admission Counselor will then ask you for details on your insurance to obtain benefits and authorization. Once you decide that you want to start your recovery, your Admission Counselor will get the required paperwork to you or your loved one for signatures.

Your Admission Coordinator will help you or your loved one every step of the way from the initial phone call, answering questions, through the insurance process and the travel coordination until your arrival.

Drug and Alcohol Detox

During the Intake Process, our medical staff and Intake Coordinator will evaluate the extent of your situation.

Based on the evaluation and your Recovery Plan, we may suggest a short stay (generally one to five days) in a local drug and alcohol detox center before you start your recovery.

We are always focused on your safety, your comfort and the long-term effectiveness of your recovery.

Although we do not offer alcohol and drug detox, we partnered with detox centers that offer a structured, therapeutic environment along with a closely-monitored medicinal detoxification program.

Their goal is your comfort and your safety.

What to expect from our Program

Our medical and admission’s staff will evaluate your health challenges and the extent of your addiction and from then, develop an Individualized Recovery Plan.

Based on the extent of your substance abuse and the damage to your health from the alcohol and/or drug abuse, our Team (our clinical staff, your Intake Coordinator and our Holistic Director) will develop your customized Recovery Plan and start you on the road to Recovery.

As a holistic alcohol and drug recovery center and counseling center, we believe that we need to treat and care for ALL of you, not just the substance abuse and mental health issues.

You will be involved in the Recovery Plan. Every step of the way to your Recovery, the staff of Serenity Treatment Center will consult with you and/or your loved ones so you know your progress and put your mind and the minds of the loved ones as ease.
